Construction

Both sides solid.
Provisions for flange mount disconnect.
.104 in carbon steel.
Seams continuously welded and ground smooth.
Flange trough collar around all sides of door opening.
Body stiffeners in large enclosures for extra rigidity.
Heavy duty lifting eyes anchor into reinforced top.
Removable centerposts permit easy panel installation.
Black zinc die cast coinproof/padlocking handle on primary door with black zinc die cast padlocking handle on secondary doors.
3-point latching mechanism.
End of latch rods have ramp shoes for easier door closing.
Panel supports.
Pour-in-place oil & water resistant gasket.
Optional panels mount to collar studs.
Ground stud on door and body.
Provisions for light kit.
Holes plug provided to seal holes in bottom of enclosure.

Application

Designed to house a variety of electrical and electronic controls and instruments, and most standard type disconnects. Provides protection from dust, dirt, water and oil. Provisions for 30 to 200 amp Cable Operated Disconnect switch (or circuit breaker). The enclosures are extra deep for applications requiring more interior space. For outdoor application a drip shield and drain vent is recommended.

Finish

SCE-09 Gray powder coated inside and out. Optional subpanels powder coated white or galvanized.
