Dead front
panels are designed as a fixed depth panel to be mounted directly behind the
existing hinged door. This allows space to mount gages, meters and push buttons
directly behind the front door making them easily visible when mounting them
through the main door is not an option. Dead front panels also provide a barrier
against incidental contact with live components during routine monitoring or
maintenance of equipment.

This Stainless
Steel Enviroline wall mount enclosure has been designed for indoor or out door
type 3R, 12, 4 & 4X applications. This enclosure line was also designed with 3 point door hardware for
easier access and can be securely locked to provide
protection to personnel against access to hazardous parts. In addition, it
protects the equipment inside the enclosure against introduction of solid
foreign objects, falling dirt, rain and spraying water in corrosive

Designed to protect electrical controls, instruments and sensitive components from low temperatures and the effects of condensation and corrosion by maintaining a stable temperature within the electrical enclosure. Saginaw Control & Engineering's Vented Type 3R Enclosures are designed to house electrical controls, drives, instruments and components used in an outdoor environment to provide a degree of protection for the equipment inside the enclosure against ingress of solid foreign objects (falling dirt); and provide a degree of protection with respect to the harmful effects on the equipment due to the ingress of water (rain, sleet, snow). This design incorporates a rain cap that acts as a solar shield to minimize solar heat gain, rain hood with filters for air intake and cooling fans exhaust out the top to control internal heat load, with six standard sizes available.

Internal Disconnect Enclosures
Increase personal protection against Arc Flash and Shock Hazards, with the Internal Disconnect Enclosure. This enclosure can be used within an environmentally rated enclosure to isolate the main power supply, increasing personal protection by preventing incidental contact or exposure to the high voltage arc flash and shock hazard, and potentially reducing the PPE level for the lower risk components when the Internal Disconnect Enclosure cover is closed.
The Internal Disconnect Enclosure can be easily incorporated into a new system or added to a pre-existing system with variable depth or cable operated disconnects. The Internal Disconnect Enclosure aids in achieving compliance with NFPA 70E by concealing the main power supply.
Saginaw Control and Engineering has added a new line of program ports. This new product line is a great way to increase your compliance with NFPA 70E and reduce the risk of personal exposure of arc flash by reducing the need to access the enclosure, by bringing GFCI utility outlets and data interface ports outside the enclosures.
